accommodated in other guest inns on the block.
Our restaurant the MAD BATTER serves breakfast, brunch, lunch,
and dinner on our Front Veranda, Garden Terrace and Sky Lit Victorian Dining Room. Our
cuisine has been acclaimed by the N.Y. Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and many
others. We will gladly make arrangements for meals that will be a highlight of your

The Carroll Villa is a family owned and operated
Bed and Breakfast Hotel and home of the nationally acclaimed Mad Batter Restaurant. Our
building is a registered Historic Landmark, circa 1882, located in the heart of Cape
May's historic district. We are a half block from the ocean, beaches, and promenade, and
one block from the Victorian Shopping Mall.
