Included Amenities
- A full Mad Batter Breakfast is included in the rate from March through December. Breakfast is served Fridays through Mondays in January & February. Breakfast is not offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in January & February.
- Hotel guests receive a 30% discount for dinner only (excluding alcohol) with purchase of each entree when restaurant is open for business (in season). Please check with us or check our restaurant website prior to making your reservation.
- Happy hour is 3 to 6 p.m. daily at the Mad Batter bar
- All rooms have TVs, telephones, air conditioning, free wireless internet access, private bath, and are iPod friendly. Rooms with Queen beds have 26" LCD TVs. Others have TV/VCR combo. All rooms with Queen and King size beds have refrigerators. Rooms with double beds do not have refrigerators at this time.
- We provide hair dryers, bath and shower gels, soaps, and shampoo, iron & ironing board
- We are a non-smoking hotel. A $200 fee will be assessed if someone smokes in the room.
- In Summer season, we provide towels for the beach; please inquire at the front desk. We do not supply beach tags or beach chairs (they can be rented on the beach along with umbrellas).
- We do have a bike rack on the premises. Please bring a lock.
- Since we are in the center of the Historic district, the use of your vehicle is not needed. Depending on the time of year, we will either direct you to a free street parking meter (from November 1st until April 30th) or to a complimentary parking (permit needed) on the Bank Street Parking Lot (between May 1st and October 31st), which is a 5-7 minute scenic walk back.

Hotel Policies
- Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. We regret that we cannot accommodate early check-ins. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please call the hotel ahead of time so that we can explain our late arrival procedure.
- Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 10 days before your arrival in order for a refund, minus a $30 processing fee. We are aware that at certain times, unexpected inclement weather may create a desire to be elsewhere, but we cannot be held responsible for the weather. Cancellations within 10 days will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the accommodations for the entire length of the stay. Early departures are still considered as cancellations. .
